Been going downhill ?

Because sometimes we all hurt a little, even though we can't explain it - or atleast find it somewhat difficult to collate our feelings.We have no idea where it came from, our minds wander into a world of their own, over complicating every single detail, making assumptions and playing the worst scenarios. And how do we make it stop? Take it slow, never make assumptions, breathe deep, and trust. Cry a little if it helps, write something poetic - something noone would understand. I don't expect you to understand, after all, all this is just me trying to make it stop.

This is one of my favourite Japanese dramas, it's quite violent and sad - a lot of domestic violence.

I found the most amazing person.
